Individual Counselling

Dedicated one-to-one therapy designed to help you step away from daily overwhelm, establish healthy personal boundaries, and develop a more compassionate connection with yourself.

Dedicated Support for Anxiety

Living with constant worry or a persistent sense of dread can make your daily routine feel like an uphill struggle. When anxiety takes over, it often narrows your choices, clouding your clarity and leaving you feeling deeply disconnected from the things and people you love.

I provide a quiet, confidential space in Sutton where we can work side by side to make sense of these overwhelming feelings. Together, we will look gently at the root causes of your worries and discover practical ways to help you regain your emotional steadiness and confidence.

Effective therapeutic work goes far beyond surface-level coping mechanisms or short-term fixes. It involves exploring the deeper life events and earlier relationship histories that shape how you respond to current professional or personal crises today.

What to Expect from Therapy

Stepping into a therapy room is about giving your story a safe space to land. Whether you are navigating the profound exhaustion of a high-pressure public sector role or processing a difficult physical health diagnosis, these sessions offer a complete pause from caretaking for others. We work as equals to understand what is keeping you stuck.

Our opening session is entirely about establishing your comfort and grounding. We will look at what is currently happening in your life and talk through your personal goals, helping us establish a supportive, tailored plan that respects your boundaries.

Sessions occur weekly and last for fifty minutes. For many clients, a short-term block of sessions provides the immediate clarity they need to manage a life curveball, whilst others prefer open-ended therapy to explore long-standing behavioral patterns.

Regular sessions last for fifty minutes and are held on a weekly basis. Consistency is an important part of the therapeutic process, as it helps build a reliable rhythm of support, though we can adapt the overall duration of your therapy to suit your evolving needs.

Your emotional safety is protected by strict professional confidentiality. The only rare exceptions to this are if there is an immediate concern regarding your safety or the safety of someone else, which is a standard ethical baseline we will discuss fully together.
